REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
IPTV LEVEL UP LLC Provide 60 days money-back guarantee, We allow our customers to request refunds without questions or conditions, Just contact us and send us the email that you subscribed to, with this word “I want my full refund” We will respond to you as soon as possible in order to complete the refund process (if you want to help us, you can mention the reason for requesting the refund in order to improve our service)

We can also give you a full refund if:
1. The Service not received: The Service were not delivered to the customer within the scheduled delivery time.
2. Repeat payment: The customer made repeated payment to one order.
3. Sometimes we need your assistance to verify payment information. If you refuse it or do not respond to our request within 7 days, your order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
